01 What does a lesson look like?
Lessons take place online or in person in Tønsberg. We start with a short conversation about your goal and level, then tailor the lessons to you.
02 How do I sign up?
Book a free call via Calendly on the site, send an email, or call. You'll always get written confirmation.
03 Can I cancel a lesson or consultation?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancelling later than 24 hours before, or not showing up: a fee of 65% of the service price. For the free initial consultation (Calendly), a late cancellation or no-show costs 200 NOK.
04 Is the price negotiable?
Yes. The price list shows our standard prices, but for packages, larger orders or regular lessons we can set a price individually. The price is always confirmed in writing before we start.
05 How long does a translation take?
It depends on the length of the text. A short document is usually delivered within a few days. You'll find the deadline in your order confirmation.
06 Are the translations certified?
No. We do not provide certified translations. If you need a translation for official purposes, we can help you find a certified translator (statsautorisert translatør).
07 How can I pay?
By invoice (14-day term), via Vipps, or in cash. You'll get a receipt for cash payments.
08 How do I file a complaint?
Send an email describing the error. We correct errors in translations and texts free of charge.
09 What happens to my documents?
We treat them confidentially and delete them no later than 30 days after the translation is delivered. More in the privacy policy.
