Payment

Invoice with a 30-day payment term. Individual: after the agreement is signed. Group: only after the group is confirmed. Instalments possible in special cases.

Support Guarantee If you attended all lessons (group: at least 14 of 16), submitted your homework and sat the exam at the agreed level, but still didn't pass – you get 4 extra lessons (60 min) free of charge before your next attempt. Full terms: Support Guarantee in the Terms of Sale.

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee I'll pass the exam?

No. The result depends on you and the examiners. We provide solid preparation and a Support Guarantee.

Is the exam fee included in the price?

No. You register for the exam yourself (HK-dir opens sign-up for the summer round: 12–16 Apr 2027) and pay the fee to the municipality. We'll remind you of the deadline.

What level should I prepare for?

We'll find out with a placement test (included in the package price).

What if I miss a group session?

You get the materials and the homework; group sessions cannot be made up.

What if the group doesn't fill up?

You pay nothing – no invoice is issued. You can switch to Individual or wait for the next group.

Can I withdraw from the agreement?

Yes, as a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal – see details in the documents on the site.
